Taking precautions: Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)

To our Rio Bank customers:

Our commitment to the health and safety of our employees and community is our top priority every day. While we always follow health and safety standards, today more than ever it is imperative we take extra precautions.

Preparation in place

Rio Bank has plans in place for situations like the one we are facing today. This preparation allows us to respond more quickly and effectively, ensuring we remain operational and continually serve you and the community. We have a task force in place that is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). They are continuously evaluating this situation while working closely with our leadership team.

Keeping our customers safe

Rio Bank has increased the sanitization of each of its banking centers beyond the normal scheduled cleaning, with a focus on high traffic areas. We’ve also ensured hand sanitizers, disinfectant wipes and tissues are easily accessible throughout our facilities.

Keeping our bankers safe to serve you

In addition to the thorough cleaning, we are communicating with our employees and encouraging them to take precautionary measures, especially staying home if feeling ill.

Convenient ways to access your Rio Bank accounts
