Current Bank Lobby & Drive-up Access

Beginning Monday, June 29, all Rio Bank lobbies will be temporarily closed. If you need banking services, Rio Bank encourages customers to call their local banking center to schedule an appointment during normal business hours. All drive-up will remain open with normal operating hours. 

Please remember the following are available and the best ways to bank with us right now:

  • Mobile & Online Banking - Review transactions & check balances, deposit checks on the Rio Bank Mobile app, pay bills and transfer money
  • ATM - Withdraw cash, deposit cash and checks, transfer money and check account balances
  • Drive-thru transactions - Make deposits & withdrawals, cash checks, make payments, get bank checks or money orders, and make business deposits or business coin orders
  • Lobby assistance - are available by appointment during normal business hours

Economic Impact Payments

The Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service have announced that distribution of economic impact payments that will be distributed automatically, with no action required for most people. COVID-19 Fraud Alerts

Be aware of increased fraud attempts during times like these.  Protect against these attempts by:

  • not trusting unfamiliar emails or ones that do not come from a trusted email provider
  • never give personal information to anyone who may call you
  • As a reminder, Rio Bank will never call or email you asking for personal information.

 Our commitment to the health and safety of our employees and community is our top priority every day. While we always follow health and safety standards, today more than ever it is imperative we take extra precautions. 

Preparation in place

Rio Bank has plans in place for situations like the one we are facing today. This preparation allows us to respond more quickly and effectively, ensuring we remain operational and continually serve you and the community. We have a task force in place that is closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). They are continuously evaluating this situation while working closely with our leadership team.

Keeping our customers safe

Rio Bank has increased the sanitization of each of its banking centers beyond the normal scheduled cleaning, with a focus on high traffic areas. We’ve also ensured hand sanitizers, disinfectant wipes and tissues are easily accessible throughout our facilities.

In addition to the thorough cleaning, we are communicating with our employees and encouraging them to take precautionary measures, especially staying home if feeling ill.

Convenient ways to access your Rio Bank accounts

Rio Bank staff enjoy seeing you in our banking centers, however we fully understand the preference of limiting your daily interactions.   Digital Banking services include Rio Bank’s Online and Mobile Banking which allow you to check your balances, deposit checks, manage your Debit cards, transfer money, and more. If you are not enrolled in our Digital Banking products, visit to enroll.  We also have ATM’s at all of our banking centers (most have deposit feature available).  Rio Bank debit cards can access more than 55,000 conveniently located surcharge-free ATM’s nationwide (Allpoint).
