How It Works

With interactive fraud alerts, if our system detects suspicious activity on your card, you'll receive a text message with details about the suspected transaction. All you have to do is respond to the text to confirm the transaction.

If you indicate the transaction is fraud, you'll receive another message with a number to call for follow-up. If not, you're all set. The system will mark the transaction as legitimate and you can get on with your day - simple as that.

Getting Started:

If we have your cell phone number on file, you'll receive an initial text message with instructions to verify your enrollment and then you're all set. If there is suspicious activity, we'll send a text alert right away. Please note you will need to respond to the enrollment text message within 3 days upon receipt.

If you'd like to take advantage of this valuable service but your cell phone number has changed recently or you're not sure if we have your cell phone number, please give us a call to get your number updated.

Voice Call Alerts

If you opt-out of text message alerts and we do not have a cell phone number on file, you will still receive a fraud alert via a phone call to your home phone number that we have associated with you in our system. This voice call will be an automated voice message and will include prompts to help guide you through the fraud alert process.
